JLT Cluster C

I’m very disappointed with the hygiene standards at this location. I observed staff cleaning various surfaces using the same towel everywhere – tables, counters, and even areas near the floor – and then proceeding to handle food with the same unwashed hands.And the worst one of the staffs walking through the tables and burping 🤢🤮Even more concerning, some staff were coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths, and there was no visible hand washing or sanitizing afterward. In a food and beverage environment, this is unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns.I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves hygiene training and oversight. Cleanliness should never be compromised, especially where food is involved.And the worst thing is one of the staffs walking around the tables and burping🤢🤮😡

A quiet neighborhood to live at. Very convenient location near DMCC metro station. 20 min walk to JBR beach.The amenities are great (pool, sauna, gym and women gym)There are many nice restaurants near.

Goldcrest Executive Tower in JLT Cluster C is marred by ongoing issues that make it a frustrating experience.The lobby, under construction, is a chaotic mess—dusty, noisy, and cluttered with barriers, making entry feel unprofessional and cumbersome.Water leaks are rampant, with puddles in the lobby creating slippery hazards, stains and odors in office corridors, and drips from above-ceiling areas threatening equipment. Management’s slow response to these leaks adds to the sense of neglect. The RTA street parking, at AED 10 per hour even after 7 PM, is exorbitant, especially for those working late or visiting JLT’s evening spots.Finding a parking spot is a stressful ordeal, often requiring circling or distant parking. While the tower’s location near the DMCC metro and JLT lakes is convenient, the construction disruption, persistent leaks, and costly parking make it an uncomfortable place to work or live.Management must prioritize repairs and advocate for fairer parking rates.I’d caution others to consider these issues before choosing Goldcrest Executive.

Great location to live in. Right next to JLT Station. Theres a lot of surrounding restaurants and cafes and has direct access to the lovely Jumeira Lakes walkway. Cross the bridge and youre a tram stop or two from marina or JBR. You can even walk and enjoy the nice coastal city views.

JLT has clusters starting from A to Z, most of the offices in JLT are free zone companies. Cluster C has good restaurants Indian and European. Its bit expensive then the other part of dubai.

JLT is a good place to live with a super developed infrastructure

Ive been residing here for about half year and I really enjoy living there. Its very close to the DMCC station so I dont need to spend too much time walking under the unbearable sunlight. Cluster D and E are also great options for residence as well if you want to live close to the metro station.

Parking is a big kiosk. Overall community is good. A bit tooo crowded and to exit from here to main road u need special skills. Not planned well.

Visiting any of the clusters in JLC is a nightmare primarily because of limited parking spaces. I have often ended up circling the tiny car park like a vulture waiting for a slot to open up.

The building design planner does not have a good plan, the parking place for 500 occupancy is less than 50, which is 10%, how business will develop if there is no alternative means, do something, use temporary resident parking for less than 1-2 hours stop and use vallet system.

Nice offices and apartments.But if you dont have your personal parking place, you will have issues with parking places.Parking is payable now. No more free parking. At some clusters you will be able to park only for 10 dirhams per hour😤😬

This cluster is close to metro and will take you for 5 mins walk to/fro. Also Carrefour is nearby as well as Life Pharmacy, Delicious restaurant, Sarap Pinoy restaurant and Thrifty rent a car.

Same as all cluster in JLT, parking is an issue. Visitors hardly can get a free 3 hrs parking and for more than 3 hrs is a fine of 200 AED which is not fair!Its near metro station so is good to use metro to access these 3 towers.

Some of the best places to stay in Dubai

Place is for offices and many high rise buildings . This not for casual visit . Neither good restaurant and busy parking place , long wait before would get parking. There is a lake good for few pictures but nothing more for tourists.

Good restaurant but very difficult to find parking space. Taken into consideration 30 to 45 minutes waiting time to find a parking spot. Carrefour Express is available also.

I visit cluster C to shop at Carrefour. Parking is usually available late afternoon and evening making shopping there convenient. Havent tried any of the restaurants though

Right in front of Marina part facing Almas tower.. it is the ideal place to eat food and listen to the jazzy vibes right outside sittings of cafes. And ideal lake view. . . Tourists as well as workers. . . :)

It is near the DMCC metro station, first 20 floors of Goldcrest Executive tower are for offices, remaining are for residential (separated entrances and lifts, not too crowded), studios are small. You have everything around (restaurant, groceries, etc.), nice and quite place.

Most convenient place i have lived in Dubai. You have got all the easy access to all you need for a decent living. Id recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Towers are C1-Fortune Executive, C2-Gold Crest Executive, C3-The Palladium. 3 Hours Free Parking facility is provided. Average waiting time during peak hours is 15-30 minutes. 24 hours Carrefour Market. 8 Minitus walk to JLT Metro Station. A variety of casual dining places are available here.

Best place to live for any first timer in Dubai, most safest places. Love the vibrant community and how accessible it is to tourists and locals to any place around here.

Today I went cluster c .. there is African security guy whos duty outside busy on mobile. I asked him about location he began to shouting at me . Too much rude . He gets salary for good work or shouting at people???

Parking is a huge issue no matter which time of the day you visit. Best not to come by your own vehicle. The attendants in parking area tend to be rude!

Magnificient district. Perfect infrastructure, nice cheap restaurants and cafe (compairing with opposite side of Sheikh Zaed road.) with great quality of food (especially Asian ones). Artificial lake and a lot of greens make walks in JLT acceptable even in midday of July.

I lived in gold crest views for 3 months in a studio apartment. It was fully furnished and on a high floor. The buildings show signs of ageing and the interiors need to be updated as well. The pool was quite large.

Its beautiful and calm, it has both Residence and office entrance, security is cool and just cant walk pass them.

Good scenery with man-made lakes in clusters. Accessible via the metro and Sheikh Zayed road. There are eateries, shops, carrefour and other interesting spots in the cluster.

Community used to be value for money area, not anymore as greedy landlords have increased rent. Good eateries but parking is a challenge.

Its a good cluster due to many reasons. Its located nearby Metro. It has views. It has Carrefour and other shops around. Its located at easy driving circle to get in and move out etc.

Tried many barbers but Jake is definitely one of the best. Cool guy yet very professional and precise in details!

Everything was available and the prices were great.

Not many space left for new buildings to be built, so you dont have to worry about continuious dust & noise. Nice views in most of the buildings. High-end finished towers. Shops in every cluster. Rent in comparaison to other places in Dubai is not expensive (taking into consideration the view, the quality & all other factors). Only few minutes away from Marina by car, walking or with metro/tram. Always ask about area of apt. In square feet or meters, I saw some 1 bedroom apts that are as small as a studio apt.

Most happening cluster within JLT..just opposite business centre Almas tower gives it a great location advantage. You will good restaurants like Bombay Bytes, Canadian 2 for 1,Golos Italia etc. Supermarket Carrefour, one ATM machine, laundry service etc available

One of the clusters in the jlt are which but have visited often as same as other clusters 3 a buidlings in the cluster. The thing here is the parking which is normally for a visistors is taken up by Residemces or business users so only 2 slots for visitors. So is tough to get parking for visistors here. It is rta parking and not 10 aed parking like some other clusters which hasgot Concordia parking. But some of the rta slots are also 1p aed per hourOne thing is u can park in the al mad tower nearby and walk across

Parking is busy during peak hours from 11 to 3Pm. You need to wait at least 20 to 30 min to get a parking spot.

Amazing view and QOL. Quite isolated but there are many shops around, but be ready to pay a pretty penny for this.
